Red Rooster High torque gear wrench RRI-BEC
The series of RED ROOSTER RRI-BEC cordless high torque geared wrenches are very well suited for assembly applications with a need of good torque accuracy. The overall reach of the torque range is 50 ~ 2500 Nm, so bolt sizes M10 through M30 , roughly.
The tools have been developed with a focus on speed, and user friendly design. The appearance is slim, which offers good access to tightenings in confined areas. Due to its cordless design, this tool shines especially in areas where cables and hoses impede handling flexibility. The contactless trigger and forward / reverse switch ensure a long lifetime of the tool. The target torque is adjustable in 50 steps, which can be set by push buttons by the user, and the display shows torque and setting. Naturally, the settings can be locked to prevent fails.
Both righthanded thread as well as left hand threaded fasteners are possible to tighten with this wrench, a few parameter settings are all that is necessary to accommodate this.
As soon as the target torque has been reached, the tool automatically stops the tightening and unloads the reaction bar.
This tool has a two-speed automatic gear set, which allows high speed run-downs of the bolt, so the tool effectively saves operator time (and money). No more need of pre-tightening with a different tool set.
Especially convenient for wheel bolts, the tool can be supplied with a sliding reaction plate. This enables the operator to use the next bolt in line to be used as a fixed point for the reaction forces. The fact that this tool is not impacting during tightening or untightening activities enhances the operators working environment. No more need of hearing protection!
The 36 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries are durable, have no memory-effect, and last a huge number of tightenings.
A variety of reaction bars and brackets is available, but in case of a need for a tailor made reaction bar, it is possible to share the 3D CAD drawings.
